grilled rosemary chicken + stir fried carrot in olive oil +fried macaroni
yogurt bliss+ chicken soup+cheese+wholemeal bun
Seriously nk memulakan (baru nk mula??) cara hidup sihat. Sebelum ni mmg la ada bau2 sket nk berbuat demikian tp mcm hangat2 tahi ayam,huuhuu
Tp skg tidak lagi, in fact I've already started doing few things yg I rasa menyumbang ke arah healthy lifestyle.
Terutama bab2 makanan.
Wanna know what I did?
1) I dah start msk2 guna olive oil. Extra virgin. Setakat tumis2 stir fry apa2 sume guna olive oil. Scramble egg pun guna olive oil,grill ayam pun guna olive oil,msk sayur apatah lagi. We don't care about the taste anymore,janji sihat ewah..;p
2) I da rajin minum air masak,lebih drpd biasa. Selalu 2 gelas je sehari, skg da improved 4-6 gelas ;). Eh ais pun I dah kurang amik taw hehe
3)I mmg bangsa rajin mkn ikan dan sayur2an hijau. Tinggal nk improve mkn buah2an lebih sket pulak
4) Da lama xmsk ayam goreng. Menu kegemaran terbaru- grilled chicken rosemary (perap dada ayam dgn salt+pepper+rosemary herbs then grill dgn sedikit olive oil-wallahh! ;p)
5) Yogurt is my fav now. Everyday I'll drink yogurt utk kesihatan usus. Then I buat experiment ikut iklan dlm TV-minum yogurt selama 2 mggu and perut anda flat. Seriously IT WORKS for me! Wpun saya agak kurus tp tang perut tu agak terbabas, even PB pun kdg2 xmkn saman. Tp bila minum yogurt baru 2 hari dah rasa perut kempes je, xde bunch mcm selalu pun! Amazing! Akanku teruskan smpai bebila! Hehe
(And the new craziness helps too! Tutti Frutti yeahhh ;p)
6) Mlm2 I akan tukar2 minum either anlene or nesvita oat 3in 1. Utk kesihatan tulang dan juga jantung! Skg tgh cuba utk replace nescafe dgn nesvita oat tu utk bfast. Caiyookk!
7)Tang exercise pulak, toksah citer la, dgn anak 3 org kt umah mmg mcm lipas kudung, pastu turun naik tangga umah,pastu tangga plant kt tpt keje lagi,pastu join aerobic kt kilang seminggu sekali, ok la jugak kan?? Nak jogging tunggu hassan besar sket lagi..huhu
8) Supplement? Errr..yg ni baru nk berjinak2. Sblm ni mkn vit E buatan sendiri pun skali skala, obimin ms pegnen pun skip sokmo, guano?? Nk try multivits yg bg extra energy boleh? Huhu. Pehtu rasa mcm nk try collagen drinks la, I nak kulit tegang megang and anjal gitu, hehe..
9) Owh, I da lama xmkn KFC or McD. Or chocolate,or junk foods. In fact jarang dah mkn kt luar. Memaksa diri utk rajin memasak, simple2 pun xpe janji healthy for me and kids especially.
10) Alhamdulillah my husband da stop smoking when I was pregnant with our first child. So we have cleaner air in the house! Weeee...
Lagi apa? Owh sudah hbis idea. Tp mmg bila umur meningkat, our pemikiran and lifestyle pun turut bertukar eh? Mcm automatic pulak. Sblm ni mcm xterpikir sgt ke arah tu, men balun je. Tp tetiba skg rasa mcm best je buat mcm ni. Hehe..since I'm not so into pills and vitamins so I guess getting healthy and nutritionous food is essential isn't it?
I'm so liking it! Harap2 berterusan! Amennnnn...
